This highly interactive workshop debunks stereotypes of what it means to be gay, lesbian or bisexual and helps build awareness around issues of homophobia.  As well, it will also help participants understand how these stereotypes affect all of us, whether we’re gay or not and the social/workplace costs of all kinds of discrimination, not just homophobia.  This is a great workshop for organizations or companies that want to build greater awareness around the issues and create a more inclusive workplace
